Terms of Use

Every links course pins its local rules by the first tee. These are mine, short and to the point.

No fuss, no long words. Each line below is one rule, with a short label on the left.

The card in your pocket

Who

Who runs this site and the books?

Fiona's Links Golf, the brand behind the site, books and membership. Email: [email protected].

Books

What am I buying, and what can I do with it?

Digital PDF books, one at a time or a set of three. Nothing is posted out.

Hotmart emails the link. Open your books any time at consumer.hotmart.com, logging in with the email you bought with.

Personal licence: read and print for yourself. No sharing, reselling, uploading or copying for others.

Payment

Who handles the money at checkout?

Hotmart, a payment platform, runs the secure checkout, processes the payment and is the seller of record at checkout.

Card, PayPal or Apple Pay. You pay the price shown at checkout. Hotmart's terms and privacy policy are its own.

Membership

How do the free days and monthly charges work?

Fiona's Links Golf Membership: letters by email, with one links drill a week on a page, and more. Reply with your questions.

First 7 days free. Then charged every month until you cancel.

Cancelling: consumer.hotmart.com, then the membership, payment settings, cancel subscription. Or write and I'll help. Cancelling doesn't refund past months.

Health

Is it safe to try your drills?

Golf is physical activity, wind or no wind. Check with your doctor before new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.

This is general golf instruction, not medical advice.

Results

Will my ball fly lower and straighter for certain?

Results vary from golfer to golfer. No promise of yards or scores, just as no one can promise the wind.

Pictures

Are those photographs of Fiona?

They're illustrations, every picture of me on the site.

Ownership

Whose are the books, letters and pictures?

All books, letters, text and pictures belong to Fiona's Links Golf. For your personal use only.

Liability

What's the most you could be responsible for?

As far as the law allows: no responsibility for indirect losses. Total responsibility is limited to what you paid.

None of this takes away rights consumers have by law.

Changes

Might these rules be changed?

If so, this page and its “Last updated” date are updated.
